Underage Policy
Girlfriendly AI is an adults-only service. No person under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) may access the service, create an account, or use any feature. This policy also sets out our absolute prohibition on any content depicting minors.
Age requirement and age gate
Access to Girlfriendly AI is gated behind an age affirmation, and by creating an account every user represents that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult content where they live. Providing a false age is a material violation of our Terms of Service.
Suspected underage users
If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18 — from account signals, content, payment information, a report, or any other source — we immediately suspend the account pending review and terminate it if the concern cannot be resolved. Terminated underage accounts are not eligible for reinstatement, and associated data is handled in accordance with applicable law.
Zero tolerance for content depicting minors
Girlfriendly AI prohibits, without exception, any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor. This prohibition applies regardless of how the content is produced or framed, including:
- real imagery of any minor
- AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated imagery depicting a minor
- stylized, cartoon, anime, or fictional depictions of minors
- characters described, aged, or presented as under 18, regardless of visual appearance
- prompts, chats, or roleplay attempting to sexualize a minor in any form
There is no creative, fictional, or "fantasy" exception. Attempting to generate such content — even unsuccessfully — results in immediate permanent termination.
Reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement
When we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation of a minor, we remove the content immediately, permanently terminate the responsible account, preserve the relevant account, content, transaction, and technical records as required by law, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement. We cooperate fully with valid legal process related to these reports.
No age-ambiguous content in public areas
Public characters and media are held to a stricter standard under our Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy: content whose depicted age is ambiguous or could reasonably be read as underage is not eligible for public visibility, even if it does not clearly violate the prohibition above.
Notice to parents and guardians
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed Girlfriendly AI or created an account, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line Underage Account. We will promptly investigate, terminate any confirmed underage account, and delete associated personal data in accordance with applicable law.
How to report
Report suspected underage users or content depicting minors immediately through our Report Abuse / Takedown Policy page or by emailing [email protected]. These reports are prioritized ahead of all other requests and receive immediate human review.
